21 folds

The Toda-Lock-LF (Lazy Falcon) is for those who like to fly without a care in the world. 🦅 Thanks to the Toda Lock, this plane achieves a nice, stable flight path that’s both easygoing and steady. Perfect for medium-range flights and relaxed throws, the Lazy Falcon isn’t here to break speed records, but it’s excellent for reliable, enjoyable flights every time. Throw it gently, and let it soar—this falcon won’t disappoint.

Start with a rectangular piece of paper.
1
Fold it in half along the longer edge.
2
Make a diagonal fold starting from the top right corner to the bottom left corner.
3
Open up all the folds.
4
Pick up the top right corner and make a diagonal fold such that the top edge touches the existing diagonal crease.
5
Repeat the fold on the left side.
6
Make another diagonal fold, this time starting from the bottom right, making sure the right vertical edge touches the existing diagonal crease.
7
Repeat the fold on the left side.
8
Roll the folded right edge on to itself along the diagonal crease.
9
Repeat it on the other side.
10
Pick up the sharp corner on the top and fold it such that it touches the point where the flaps from left and right meet.
11
Open up the previous fold.
12
Pick up the right side and fold it backwards to align with the left side along the central crease. Make sure the previous folds are exposed.
13
Make a squash fold of the tip by pressing the tip inwards along the central crease, creating a diamond shaped plane perpendicular to the rest of the paper.
14
Fold the end of the diamond onto itself.
15
Fold again along the central line of the diamond.
16
Fold on either sides such that the perpendicular plane is split in half and parallel to the rest of the paper.
17
Open up the wing starting from the central crease on the top end to the end of the triangle at the bottom end.
18
Make an identical fold on the other side.
19
Fold the vertical stabilizer starting 3cm from the corner and making the crease parallel to the line where the wing folds.
20
Repeat the fold on the other side.
21
Open up the wings and the vertical stabilizers such that the wings are flat and the vertical stabilizers are perpendicular.

Here is a quick run through of the steps. Steps
