0		Start with a rectangular piece of paper.
1		Fold it in half along the shorter edge.
2		Unfold.
3		Fold the bottom half into two by bringing the bottom edge to meet along the central crease.
4		Pick up the new bottom edge and fold it in half again.
5		Roll the bottom strip one more time following the central horizontal crease we created in the first step.
6		Fold it in half along the longer edge.
7		Unfold.
8		Setup the wings such that they are less than 30 degrees from the horizontal plane.
